AMARIT SAFETY DAY
Amarit and Associates Company Limited and Amarit and Associates Logistics Company Limited have organized the first annual Safety Day of year 2016 as a reason of commitment of top management who wish to express their willingness and concern on safety and to give their high priority to occupational safety for employees, based on the conviction that accidents can be prevented, and by doing this, it leads the organization towards zero accidents and sustainable development on safety.
There are various activities in the event which aim at promoting staff to raise their awareness about their responsibilities to occupational safety, health and environment for themselves and for their workmates. Within the event, there are exhibition boards on safety in workplace on various issues, how to do basic first aid, how to use a fire extinguishers properly, how to sort waste and on communicating the company’s vision. That is done with full cooperation of Safety Committee, Fire Team, Communication Team and First Aid Team.
Personnel within the organization have well recognized the importance in taking part in the event in response to the policy laid down by top management, who realize the importance of occupational safety, health and environment. Top management and personnel will continue to organize this event in order to realize the importance of occupational safety, health and environment.
