Over 45 years of operational experience, AMARIT has accumulated an unequalled reservoir of experience in the coordination of oil, gas and pipelaying industry activities while working in liaison with municipal, district, provincial, and central Royal Thai Government offices. From a small office in Songkhla in 1970, it has now expanded to include its large Headquarters Office with two warehouses in Bangkok, a Base with a number of large warehouse/office Yard complexes in Songkhla, and its Warehouse No.5 inside Sattahip Port and Yard K.M.9 in in Sattahip, Chonburi Province.
AMARIT GROUP MILESTONES: 
2009:
- AMARIT officially moved to its new Headquarters premises on Sukhumvit 71 Road (Pridi Panomyong Soi 28) in Bangkok in late December.
2008:
- AA increased its registered capital to Baht 45,000,000.00.
2004:
- Amarit Songkhla moved its office base at 28 Sadao Road, Songkhla Town, to its new premises at Amarit Songkhla Yard No. 4 in Singhanakorn District, Songkhla Province.
2000:
- AAL increased its registered capital to Baht of 30,000,000.00.
1990:
- The very first Songkhla yard, Amarit Yard No.1, was officially declared open for rental.
1984:
- Amarit and Associates Logistics and warehouse Co., Ltd changed its name to Amarit and Associates Logistics Co., Ltd (AAL) with increased capital to Baht 10,000,000.00
1982:
- Following the establishment of AA, Amarit and Associates Logistics and Warehouse Co., Ltd., a daughter company, was registered with capital of Baht 1,000,000.00
- The Amarit Group purchased its first owned office at Klongton Arcade, Sukhumvit 71, Bangkok and eventually moved from its Silom office to this location later that year.
1975:
- Amarit and Associates Co., Ltd. (AA) was established with its registered capital of Baht 200,000.00.
